Fresh Meadow Country Club, located on Long Island, is seeking a Facility & Maintenance Technician to assist our Manager of Facilities and Maintenance.
Our ideal candidate must be familiar with hand and power tools and a variety of maintenance repairs. Should be able to perform a high level of maintenance tasks, including inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems. Will respond quickly to maintenance requests from members and all departments.
Must be proficient in drywall and painting, have good mechanical knowledge, and have experience in facilities maintenance license or certificate in electric or plumbing a plus.
Must be able to work independently and follow instructions, have strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and possess good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
